Excel Electric of MN did all the electrical work for the Pine Manor Senior Apartments built by Vanguard Builders. We installed the service entry and everything from lights in the parking garage, to the kitchen, to the dining room.
The units were built to the owner's specifics and are wired for the following features:
- Underground parking lot lighting
- Elevator equipment
- Service equipment and meter bases for all 40 units
- Standard heating (furnace)
- Air conditioning
- Outdoor parking lot lighting
- Communities room
- Common areas
- Emergency backup lighting
- Handicap entrance equipment (automatic door pads)
- Wiring of each unit including wiring for:
- Full kitchen including range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher
- Living room
- Dining room
- 1 - 2 bedrooms
- 1 - 3 bathrooms
