Eagen Office Condo

Excel Electric did all the electrical work for the Eagen Office Condo Project built by Vanguard Builders.

The units were built to the owner's specifics and are wired for the following features:

  • Full kitchen including range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher
  • Conference rooms with flourescent lighting
  • Extra circuits to accommodate the office equipment such as printers, faxes, and computers
  • Standard heating (furnace)
  • Air conditioning
  • Two-level units
